Cash And Trade Proc Rep

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 role involves processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. Your main responsibility is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, providing processing assistance for assigned projects. In this role, you will perform cash management operations such as cash handling, check processing, return items, and lock-box operations. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives by training new team members and lower-level personnel. Participating in compliance-related activities to minimize losses and assisting with cash & trade operational project needs are also part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, giving particular consideration to the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, as well as escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. To qualify for this position, you should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills. A High School diploma or equivalent is required for education.
