Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals and communities to provide support, guidance, and resources, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop individualized support plans
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Coordinate with other professionals, agencies, and service providers
• Participate in community outreach and awareness programs

Requirements:

• MSW qualification (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities
