Field Sales: Engaging in on-field activities to promote banking products and meet potential customers. Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional banking products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans to existing and new customers. Account Activation: Ensuring opened accounts are activated and users are engaged with services like UPI and mobile banking. Corporate Sourcing: Acquiring salary accounts for corporate employees through partnerships and events. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster loyalty and increase wallet share. Micro-Marketing: Conducting local marketing initiatives to generate leads within the bank's catchment areas.
