Job Description

Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new customers by selling banking products like savings and current accounts, term deposits, debit and credit cards, and IPG products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.).  Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for various banking products.  Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, cross-selling products, and providing excellent customer service.  Market and Customer Mapping: Conducting market research and customer mapping to identify potential clients and opportunities.  Compliance: Ensuring adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and other compliance norms.  Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of banking products and services to effectively address customer needs.  Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with branches and other internal teams to facilitate sales and customer service.  Reporting: Providing timely feedback to the central team regarding product features and process improvements.
