Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients (elevator companies, builders, contractors, dealers). Promote and explain our elevator ARD products to clients in simple language. Follow up on leads, take inquiries, and convert into business. Maintain and update Excel sheets with client contact details and call status. Coordinate with internal team for order follow-up and quotations. Female candidates only Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / cold calling (B2B preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Excel Able to communicate in simple English and Hindi Confident, polite, and result-oriented Basic understanding of electronic/technical products is a plus

Job Responsibilities Electrical wiring and assembly of elevator ARD systems in production unit Understand and follow electrical diagrams and connection layouts Soldering, crimping, cutting, and assembling wires properly Testing connections and assisting in final product testing Maintain cleanliness and safety during wiring work Requirements: ITI Electrician or Wireman certificate holder Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools Able to understand simple circuit diagrams Experience in electronic product wiring is a plus Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn
