CARPET AREA SURVEYORS

The Internal Carpet Area Survey or will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys and assessments of carpeted areas within our F & O Surveyors PVT.LTD. The primary objective of this role is to accurately measure and record the carpeted area dimensions, ensuring precise data, making floor plan, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct precise measurements of carpet area using laser distance meter machine.

2. Record all measurements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

3.Maintain proper records of surveys, including site sketches, calculations, and notes

4.Prepare detailed reports with measured dimensions and layouts, Generate CAD drawings for surveyed areas, ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in conducting internal surveys, preferably related to carpeted areas, is an advantage.

2. Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.

3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in measurements.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet survey deadlines.

5. Good communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders effectively.

6. Familiarity with floor plans and architectural drawings is desirable.

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
