Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role requires a versatile professional with extensive experience in various aspects of construction and carpentry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both residential and commercial projects, demonstrating proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration. This position is crucial for ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Carry out concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed.
• Engage in fabrication, fixture installation, and cabinet installation for diverse projects.
• Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, woodworking, and related fields.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, remodeling, electrical work, and construction painting.
• Experience with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
