We operate with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and technological efficiency. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in forwarding, freight, and last-mile logistics services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, negotiations, to closing deals. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities to promote the company. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within forwarding, freight forwarding, or logistics services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, documentation, and customs clearance is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
