CargoWise - Analyst

Role Overview: As a Cargo Wise Analyst, you will be responsible for processing booking requests from clients through various channels such as E-Mail and EDI. Your main tasks will include accepting, creating, or rejecting bookings in the core system and updating the Manifestation Bill of Lading in the system based on country specifications. You will also be analyzing booking requests and shipping instructions from carriers to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Process booking requests from clients through various channels - Accept, create, or reject bookings in the core system - Update the Manifestation Bill of Lading based on country specifications - Analyze booking requests and shipping instructions - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Import/Export Regulations - Experience with CARGOWise Software - Proficiency in Bill of Lading - Import & Export Documentation - Familiarity with documentation backend activities - Typing skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Previous experience in a similar role within a Freight Forwarding Company Note: In addition to the specified qualifications and responsibilities, good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and public holidays are expected. The salary for this position is 6 lacs, and a graduation degree is required.,
