Job Title : Marine Claims Qualification : Any Graduate and Above Relevant Experience : 3 to 7 Years Must Have Skills : 1.In-depth knowledge of marine insurance, claim lifecycle, and maritime law 2.Familiarity with global insurance regulations and risk management principles 3.Ability to assess liability, negotiate settlements, and apply standard claims procedures 4.Excellent communication (verbal and written) 5.Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills 6.Proven time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail 7.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across regions 8.High level of customer service orientation Good Have Skills : Insurance certifications such as AIC, AINS, Cert CII, or similar recognized credentials Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Investigate marine claims including vessel collisions, cargo damage, or grounding incidents. 2.Evaluate the extent of damage and estimate repair or replacement costs. 3.Document all relevant findings and maintain detailed, compliant claim files. 4.Communicate with internal teams, external clients, suppliers, and legal counsel. 5.Apply maritime laws, client-specific practices, and applicable state or regional statutes. 6.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client standards. 7.Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements. 8.Perform other duties as assigned in line with business needs.
