This involves monitoring their food and liquid intake, recording vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in their health to the professional staff. Your responsibilities as a caregiver extend to providing comprehensive patient care, which includes tasks such as supplying and emptying bedpans, applying dressings to wounds, and supervising exercise routines to aid in their recovery.
