Caretaker- Ladies hostel , Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for active and responsible caretakers to manage our ladies hostels in and around Kochi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Coordination:

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the hostel premises by coordinating with housekeeping staff.

• Rent Collection:

Collect monthly rent from residents, maintain accurate records, and report to the management team.

• Facility Management:

Monitor hostel facilities (water, electricity, security, etc.), report issues, and coordinate timely maintenance.

• Coordination with Management Team:

Act as the point of contact between residents and the management team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hostel or facility management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
