Job Description

Proficiency in Full stack development; specifically React (front end) and Typescript/Node(back end). Experience in Devops in AWS infastructure. Strong Splunk skills, both for ad hoc queries, and creating reports Ability to write and understand API specification, design documents, standard software diagrams API verification abilities using tools such as PostMan (or previously SOAP UI) Understanding of REST specifications and Microservice architectures. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with technical and non technical staff. Analytical thinking and problem solving Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Organizational skills Support for work consists of the following: Perform routine maintenance of the application. Investigate and fix bugs that may arise in production. Respond to alerts or incidents; ensure SLAs are met. Coordinate with release management for builds/upgrades. Understand the architecture of the application. Performance testing of any changes as required. Documentation of common issues, troubleshooting steps, or internal tools. Updating of existing documentation as needed.
