About Decoding Me:

Decoding Me is India’s first Career Exploration platform designed to empower school students to make informed career choices. By providing hands-on exposure to various careers through industry experts and self-exploration models, we ensure that students make career decisions independently, without the need for tests or prescriptive guidance.

About ‘Career Exploration Training Workshop:

Through weekly live online sessions, develop real-life skills that make you a true guide — think 10x more critically, become 20x more curious, ask the right questions at the right time, and turn complex topics into simple information — while learning how to help every student discover their career type.

The training will be conducted by our Founder, Khushbu Chopda. She has counseled 400+ students & parents and created India’s First Career Exploration Platform which helps students identify their career type without any test or outside human input.

Workshop Applicant Eligibility:

• Should be available for full-time job from March 2026 (in a leading CBSE/ICSE school)
• Should be flexible to re-locate within India (Tier 1 cities only)
• No fuss about educational qualifications
• Prior work experience in any field is a good to have
• You put your heart & soul into your work & always looking for constructive criticism

Workshop Benefit:

• Certification of ‘Career Exploration Leader’
• If selected, a full-time job opportunity in a leading ICSE/CBSE school of tier 1/2 city as a career exploration leader. You’ll be the sole career exploration in-charge in our partnered school. Your KRA will be -
• Conducting weekly career exploration classes.
• Arranging mentor sessions.
• Creating a mentor network in the school for internships and field visits.
• Bridging the gap between students & parents in terms of career choice
• Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (CTC varies by location and performance).

Workshop Timeline: 1st December 2025 - 28th February 2026 | 10 hours a week

Workshop Mode: Online (Live Sessions On the Weekend) | Part-Time

Full-Time Job Opportunity Begins On: 1st March, 2026 (Only Selected Candidates Will Be Given Full-Time Job Opportunity)

Selection Process For Full-Time Job Opportunity: Top performers of the workshop will be eligible for a full-time job opportunity in our partnered schools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
