Job Description:
Envision Computer Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. (ECTIPL) is looking for a CareerCounselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a passion for guiding students through their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students interested in IT courses offered by ECTIPL.● Explain the course offerings, curriculum, and career prospects to students and help them make informed decisions.● Assess the needs and goals of students and recommend suitable training programs.● Maintain a deep understanding of the courses and industry trends to answer student queries effectively.● Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and assist students in the enrollment process.● Collaborate with the marketing team to organize informational events and workshops.● Keep detailed records of student interactions and inquiries.● Follow up with potential students to ensure a high conversion rate.● Stay updated with industry requirements and communicate them to students.● Provide support for students in their educational journey and assist in addressing their concerns.

Key Qualifications:
● Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.● Fluency in English is a must.● Previous experience in educational counseling is a plus.● Knowledge of the IT industry and courses offered by ECTIPL is preferred.● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.● A passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.● Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
