To further strengthen our student support and enrollment team, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor who is passionate about guiding students in making the right academic choices. About the Role As an Admissions Counsellor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing detailed information about our programs, courses, and admission procedures. You will play a key role in helping students identify the right course based on their goals and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Interact with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

● Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, and career pathways to help them make informed decisions.

● Manage the end-to-end admission process — from initial inquiry to enrolment.

● Maintain and update student databases, ensuring accurate follow-ups and timely communication.

● Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to meet admission targets and improve student conversion rates.

● Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events to enhance brand visibility and outreach.

● Provide periodic reports and feedback to the Centre Head on lead conversion and student engagement.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication background preferred).

● Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector) is an advantage. S

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and regional language proficiency preferred).

● Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
