Cardiac OT Staff

We are looking for an experienced Cardiac OT Staff member to assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including open-heart procedures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assisting cardiothoracic surgeries and be well-versed in handling sterile equipment, monitoring patients in the OT, and supporting the surgical team throughout the procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons in cardiac surgeries, primarily:
• Open Heart Surgery
• Bypass Surgery
• Valve Repair/Replacement
• Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and OT setup before each procedure.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment throughout the surgery.
• Assist with anesthesia support and monitoring of patient vitals.
• Follow all infection control and surgical safety protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for each case.
• Clean and sterilize instruments post-surgery.
• Coordinate with the surgical and nursing teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and practical skills in cardiac OT procedures.
• Good understanding of cardiac instruments and surgical protocols.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during long surgeries.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness in cardiac cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
