*To attend customer & assisting him through the entire sales process. ie.
*Need analysis.
*Product Demo.
*Product TD.
*MTOC choice.
*Exchange/ finance requirement/ accesories requirement.
*Document suggestions.
*Documents arrangement.
*Doing a healthy follow up with the customer at pre and post booking stages according to customer driven time lines and modes.
*Giving excelent service experience (assistance) to the customer that he can be a recurring investment for the organisation.
