As an Automotive Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality service will be essential in this hands-on technical role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles. - Perform routine maintenance services like oil changes, brake checks, tire rotations, and fluid top-ups. - Conduct advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, HVAC systems, suspension, and other vehicle components. - Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and suggest appropriate solutions. - Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and performance. - Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services rendered. - Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. - Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed. - Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair is preferred. - Certification from a recognized body (e.g., ASE, IMI, or equivalent) is a plus. - Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic. - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good physical condition and manual dexterity. - Valid driver's license.
