Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues in vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles to identify issues using diagnostic tools or manual checks. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake servicing, and filter replacements. Diagnose and repair mechanical problems related to engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems. Replace or repair faulty parts and ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history. Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, repairs needed, and cost estimates. Follow safety procedures and keep the workshop clean and organized. Stay updated with new automotive technologies and repair techniques. Requirements: High school diploma or technical training in automotive repair. Proven experience as a car mechanic or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment. Basic knowledge of computers and job card systems is a plus.
