Captain- Hotel Management

As a Restaurant Captain , you’ll be the go-to person on the floor – making sure everything runs smoothly, the team is supported, and our guests have a fantastic dining experience. Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome. Guiding guests through the menu and helping with food & beverage choices. Coordinating the service team during busy times to keep everything flowing. Assigning duties to waitstaff and ensuring tables are attended to properly. Handling special requests and resolving guest issues quickly and with a smile. Making sure the dining area is always clean, organized, and presentable. Training new staff and helping them grow. Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are correct and timely. Keeping track of reservations, table turnover, and guest feedback. Helping with billing and ensuring smooth closing of guest checks.
