Job Description

As a Capital Markets Operations Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Global Client Account Services (GCAS) team responsible for overseeing the production, quality, and timeliness of all scheduled client reporting & pitchbooks for clients and strategies across multiple product and business lines. Your role will involve providing client-related data and reports requested by clients, consultants, and other client-appointed third parties in all regions where the company operates. This includes producing proprietary branded reports, custom reports, due diligence, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, valuation statements, and commentary. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of client requirements and various IT systems to compile inputs for the production of client reports accurately and in a timely manner. As a Capital Markets Operations Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the Global Client Account Services Manager to lead, support, and develop supervisors and production teams within GCAS. You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of client reports, investment product reports, and investment pitchbooks for the firm's institutional and intermediary clients globally. Your role will involve adhering to applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as influencing within and outside the department to senior audiences. In this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with regularly shifting priorities based on business needs while delivering results within agreed-upon timelines. You will collaborate with global peers to develop best practices, processes, and controls. Moreover, you must have a client-first mindset, sound strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to effectively manage professionals and/or supervisors within the department. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, along with 7-9 years of total relevant work experience. You should be a strategic thinker and problem-solver with exceptional time-management skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should have a client service-oriented approach and the flexibility to work accurately under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. Experience in Capital Markets, mutual fund products, and knowledge of relevant data points associated with client reporting are essential for this role. Familiarity with Seismic and/or Coric will be considered a value add. As a Capital Markets Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of professionals and staff assigned to report on client portfolio performance and proactively address client needs. You will also be responsible for working with internal clients to enhance data collection and reporting platforms, serving as an escalation point for exceptional issues, and ensuring staff development in your area of expertise.,
