Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as a Capabilities and Insights Analytics (C&I-A) Analyst at QuantumBlack, where you will be part of multi-disciplinary environments utilizing data to create real-world impact for organizations globally. Your role will involve influencing recommendations for clients to enhance their businesses and performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow as a technologist and leader by working on real-life problems across various industries and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Solve challenging business problems for clients across different industries globally, leading research and development of cutting-edge analytical and automation models - Collaborate with industry executives and QuantumBlack experts to bring the latest advancements in business intelligence, data engineering, and AI to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance business performance using data and advanced analytical models - Understand clients" business needs closely and establish end-to-end analytical models to help them leverage data using business intelligence and analytical tools - Partner with QuantumBlack leadership and client executives to address business issues and align them with state-of-the-art analytics and AI solutions - Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and designers to develop comprehensive analytics solutions that drive tangible impact for clients - Work within a talented and diverse analytics team on interdisciplinary projects across various industry sectors to support business goals with data and analytics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields with a strong academic background - 2-5 years of in-depth technical experience in Microsoft Fabric, Tableau or PowerBI, Python, and SQL. Exposure to no-code data processing tools would be beneficial - Proficient in writing clean, scalable, and robust code in Python and SQL in a professional environment - Demonstrated experience in building business algorithms/scenario planners/simulation engines to address business challenges - Familiarity with Engineering standards, QA/Risk Management - Client-facing skills, including working collaboratively in close-knit teams on data engineering and machine learning topics - Willingness to travel to domestic and international destinations - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences,
