Candidate Source & Screen Associate

As a Candidate Source & Screen Associate at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Aligned with the Recruitment vertical, you will be responsible for delivering candidates to meet recruiting demand as per the Recruiting Plan. You will work within one of the sub-offerings such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, assisting leading recruitment companies in achieving their goals by enhancing outcomes through a candidate-centric approach. Your tasks will include assessing current and future talent needs, identifying critical workforces, understanding key skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps. We are seeking individuals with expertise in Talent Pool Building, lead generation, Candidate Identification, Candidate Screening and Assessment, knowledge of Recruitment Tools & Job boards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, data management & tracking abilities, a Graduate Degree or Above, proficiency in Social Media and Networking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters. In this role, you will solve routine problems using precedent and guidelines, with most interactions within your team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. The impact of decisions made will be on your own work, and you will be an individual contributor with a predetermined scope of work as part of a team.
