Candidate Source & Screen Analyst

As a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, particularly in sourcing and screening candidates using Workday Recruiting. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver qualified candidates in alignment with the Recruiting Plan. You will be part of the Recruitment vertical, focusing on services such as Sourcing, Scheduling, Background Verification, Document Collection, Onboarding, and Internal Shared Services. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Workday Recruiting to find, share, engage, and select the best candidates for the organization - Perform talent sourcing activities to identify potential candidates - Maintain the ability to work efficiently under pressure - Establish and nurture strong client relationships - Demonstrate agility for quick learning and adaptation - Collaborate effectively within a team setting - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications: - Graduation in any field - 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and screening As part of the Accenture team, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems on a daily basis. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within the organization, with limited exposure to clients or Accenture management. You will receive moderate-level instructions for your daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially influence the work of others, as you contribute individually within a team structure with a specific focus.
