The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and process-oriented, with a strong command over English and a love for teaching children in their formative years. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and age-appropriate teaching activities for preschool children. Prepare and implement monthly theme-based lesson plans and decorate the classroom accordingly. Step in as a substitute for fellow teachers during absences to ensure smooth functioning. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, workshops, and training programs . Assist in planning and organizing school events such as Sports Day, Annual Day, and festivals . Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic classroom environment and monitor overall school cleanliness. Collaborate with teaching and support staff to proactively plan and prepare for daily activities . Foster strong relationships with parents by maintaining an open-door communication policy . Represent the school to prospective parents, explaining our curriculum, teaching methodology, and values from a teacher's perspective.
