Report quality issues to QA and assist in root cause analysis. Support process audits and implement corrective actions. Contingency Handling Address on-shift issues like machine breakdowns or material shortages. Coordinate with Maintenance or Stores for quick resolution. Safety & 5S Enforce workplace safety and housekeeping (5S standards). Ensure operators follow proper PPE and safety practices.
