3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on process automation. - Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (or a strong willingness to learn from Camunda 7 experience). - Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). - Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN 1.3 standards. - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. - Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ## Preferred Qualifications - Camunda certification. - Experience with Zeebe, the core workflow engine for Camunda 8. - Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns. - Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for building custom task UIs. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPMN, DMN, and a passion for building efficient, automated workflows that drive business value. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, model, and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0 in the Camunda 8 platform. - Develop and integrate Java-based applications and services with the Camunda engine. - Create and manage decision logic using DMN. - Build and customize user task forms and interfaces. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented processes. - Deploy and manage Camunda applications in cloud-native environments. - Troubleshoot and debug process execution issues. - Monitor and optimize the performance of business processes.
