As a Designer at IXD/XD Team, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors in order to make informed design decisions. - Organizing and structuring information within the interface to establish a logical navigation flow. - Creating low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like FIGMA to visualize and test design concepts. - Designing interactive elements such as buttons, menus, animations, and transitions to enhance the user experience. - Performing usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refining designs based on user feedback. - Collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and successful implementation. - Contributing to the visual aesthetic of the interface while adhering to brand guidelines. Essential skills required for this role include: - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. - Prototyping skills. - Experience with user research methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to think critically and solve problems. - Understanding of accessibility guidelines.
