As an intern at Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 1000 companies and disruptive technology hyper-growth companies, gaining hands-on experience in technical training, client meetings, professional development, and networking with company leadership. By the end of your internship, you are expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, the ability to build mock Proof of Concepts, and identify issues with actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies. - Gain hands-on experience through technical training on partner technology platforms such as Anaplan - Attend daily client meetings and engage in professional training on project delivery and client communication - Network with Spaulding Ridge leadership and execute core consulting skills - Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, build mock Proof of Concepts, and identify issues with actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies Qualifications: - Current Junior graduating with a Bachelor degree (B.E/B.Tech), MCA with an expected graduation date of May/June 2025 (non CS & non IT) - Basic Skills required: Apex, JavaScript, Python, HTML, SQL, OOPS, C++ - Minimum academic requirements: 70% in 10th & 12th, CGPA 7 and above with no backlogs Spaulding Ridge is strongly committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, reflected in every decision made by the company.
