In your role at Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience over a 6-month period. You will work with prestigious companies, including Fortune 1000 and disruptive technology hyper-growth firms. Your responsibilities may include: - Technical training on partner technology platforms such as Anaplan - Attending daily client meetings - Professional training on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration - Networking with Spaulding Ridge leadership - Execution of core consulting skills After the internship, you are expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, the ability to build mock Proof of Concepts using cloud-based technology solutions, and the skill to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies. Ideal candidates for this role should exhibit the following qualities: - Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines - Strong data management and presentation skills - Interpersonal skills for fostering internal and external relationships - Intellectual curiosity - Excellent verbal and writing skills for effective communication with clients and teammates - Demonstrated leadership or initiative in academic, professional, or community settings Qualifications required for this position are: - Current Junior graduating with a Bachelor degree (B.E/B.Tech), MCA with an expected graduation date of May/June 2025 (non CS & non IT) - Basic Skills: Apex, JavaScript, Python, HTML, SQL, OOPS, C++ - Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th, CGPA 7 and above with no backlogs Spaulding Ridge is strongly committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which is evident in every decision the company makes.
