As an intern at Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to work with global organizations to gain financial clarity and assist in making impactful decisions that drive profitable revenue, operational efficiency, and financial management. You will be part of a team that values personal relationships with clients, business partners, and the community. **What You Will Do And Learn:** - Gain hands-on experience with .NET development (VB.NET or C#) and SQL - Work on real-world projects for Fortune 1000 companies and disruptive technology hyper-growth companies - Receive technical and professional training on OneStream technology platforms and project delivery - Network with Spaulding Ridge leadership and enhance core consulting skills **Upon completion of your internship, you should expect to demonstrate:** - Understanding of client business needs and objectives - Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts using cloud-based technology solutions - Skills in engaging with customers and driving deliverables **Ideal candidates should demonstrate:** - Teamwork and flexibility under tight deadlines - Strong data management and presentation skills - Interpersonal skills for building relationships - Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and writing skills - Leadership or initiative in school, work, or community **Qualifications:** - Current Junior graduating with a bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech/BCA) in May/June 2026 - Strong understanding of .NET framework (VB.NET or C#) - 70% in 10th & 12th, CGPA 7.5 and above with no backlogs - Good knowledge of SQL - Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn At Spaulding Ridge, diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values that drive our decisions and interactions.
