We are looking for young, driven individuals from top colleges who are curious, creative, and committed to learning. Open Roles available are Project Management Associate, Venture Research & Development Analyst, Content & Brand Associate, Strategy & Operations Trainee, and many more based on your skills and aspirations. As part of the program, you will get to work directly with startup founders, CXOs, and venture architects, explore diverse sectors from AI to Consumer Tech, get hands-on exposure to real projects and business building, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and build a powerful startup and strategy portfolio. Eligibility criteria include being final-year students or recent graduates, preferably from Tier-1 colleges (IITs, NITs, IIMs, BITS, SRCC, Stephens, Ashoka, etc.), possessing strong communication, research, analytical, and creative thinking skills, having a passion for startups, tech, content, or strategy, and demonstrating a hunger to learn, build, and thrive in dynamic environments.,
