1. Role Overview

The Campus Host & Campus Ambassador represents Toms College in all major student activities, events, and promotions. This role includes hosting programs, welcoming guests, supporting event coordination, and promoting college initiatives both on campus and online.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Campus Host Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests, speakers, and participants during college events.
• Assist in coordinating programs, cultural events, seminars, and ceremonies.
• Make announcements, introduce performers or speakers, and maintain event flow.
• Support backstage and on-ground event management.
• Maintain a positive, confident, and professional presence during all events.

B. Campus Ambassador Responsibilities

• Promote college events, workshops, and academic programs among students.
• Share information through social media, WhatsApp groups, and peer networks.
• Help increase student participation in college activities.
• Collect feedback from students and share suggestions to improve campus engagement.
• Work with the college marketing and student affairs team for promotion and outreach.

• Must be a current student of Toms College.
• Interest in public speaking, hosting, event management, or campus promotion.
• Prior experience as a host, volunteer, or ambassador (preferred but not required).
