Campaign Strategy Associate Manager

As a Campaign Strategy Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity and diminishing resources. Your primary focus will be on driving marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market, and enhancing operating efficiencies at scale. You will leverage Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services to achieve these objectives. Your responsibilities will include the planning, executing, tracking, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns, from inception to launch to evaluation of results. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and designing Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, Content management, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder. Your commitment to quality, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication will be essential. Corporate planning & strategic planning abilities, as well as effective prioritization of workloads, are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding the strategic direction set by senior management, and interacting with peers and/or management levels. You will be expected to require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions may impact the team you are part of and occasionally other teams.
