What would you do Manage and lead the Ad operations for Spotify for a particular geography The individual is responsible to liaise with Spotify Ad Operations CSMs, QA & client to ensure smooth Quality process & ensure noiseless deliveryAccountable for the delivery of business results by the teamAccountable for managing client stakeholder relationshipsRole requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designManage day-to-day delivery pipeline for ad-trafficking & ensure SLAs are metResource planning and work allocation based on team utilizationManage a team of 20-25 membersResponsible for interviewing and hiring talent

What are we looking for Prior experience of Ad operations preferredPrior experience in managing a team is a plusExcellent Communication Skills. Fluent in spoken and written EnglishGood inter-personal skills and the ability to independently work with the clientGraduate with excellent knowledge of the Digital Marketing Ecosystem & Familiarity with ad serving platforms for advertisingDetail oriented, the candidate must be able to look at large sets of data and determine where a problem or potential upside exists and next steps.Demonstrate ability to think strategicallyTarget driven and self-motivatedHigh degree of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)Proven experience in issue & risk managementPossesses an interest in working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and is willing/able to adapt to those cultural norms in order to get resultsWilling to work in night shifts
