Campaign Management Senior Analyst

As a Campaign Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be a part of the Marketing Operations team that leads the managed services arm of Accenture. The team focuses on integrating insights, data, and technology to power clients" businesses, delivering breakthrough marketing-led growth cost-effectively across digital consumer touchpoints and channels. Your role will involve planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns, from inception to launch to evaluation of results. You will be accountable for analyzing campaign effectiveness using ROI calculations. This position requires a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360, and Responsys. You will work with Adobe Marketo Engage, a marketing automation software to engage customers and prospects effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, track, and analyze direct marketing campaigns - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations - Utilize technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360, and Responsys - Work with Adobe Marketo Engage for marketing automation **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - Experienced professional with adaptable and flexible approach - Ability to perform under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation - Capability to establish strong client relationships In this role, you will solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
