Campaign Management Assoc Manager

As a Campaign Management Associate Manager at Accenture, with 10 to 14 years of experience in Marketing Operations, specifically with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, your role involves balancing increased marketing complexity with diminishing resources. Your responsibilities include driving marketing performance by leveraging your deep functional and technical expertise to accelerate time-to-market and enhance operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Your primary focus will be on the design, implementation, development, and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a CRM platform that enables the creation and management of marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. You will be utilizing integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and management, and data analysis. Your expertise in custom scripting languages will be essential for personalizing landing pages, creating applications, constructing cross-channel templates, and layouts. In this role, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to establish robust client relationships, and manage multiple stakeholders will be crucial. Your collaboration and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, and Agile Project Management, will be key to your success.
