Job Opportunity: Cameraman for Preacher/Church in Trivandrum, Kerala

Position: Full-Time Cameraman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cameraman to join our ministry team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content of our church services, sermons, events, and other ministry-related activities. This role is integral to spreading our message and connecting with our community both in-person and online. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate video cameras during all church services, prayer meetings, and special events.
• Ensure the seamless recording and live streaming of sermons and worship sessions.
• Work closely with the preacher and media team to plan and execute video shoots.
• Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment to ensure high-quality productions.
• Record and edit video content for our website, social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.), and other promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain all video and audio equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Archive and organize all video footage for future use.
• Collaborate on creating engaging video content, including testimonies, event highlights, and announcements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cameraman or Videographer.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of video cameras, including DSLR and broadcast cameras.
• Solid understanding of camera operation, shot composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a live production environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to the vision and values of our church.
• Prior experience working in a church or for a religious organization is an advantage but not a requirement.
