Job Description

Job description Must be a graduate with experience in working in real estate industry. 5 years of experience in CAM reconciliation/Audit. Experience in reviewing leases and identifying CAM expenses. Experience in calculating CAM expenses and grossups. Generating year-end CAM reconciliation tenant billings and current year estimated CAM tenant billings. Communicating with tenants regarding the charges mentioned in the lease. Analysing CAP calculations. Report preparation. Should have experience in manual reconciliation as well in Yardi/MRI.
