Calling cum Placement Officer (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic calling-cum-placement officer to join our team. This role starts with candidate calling and engagement, with a growth path towards placement coordination within 2 months (based on performance).

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to students/candidates.
• Work on company-provided leads and update records regularly.
• Maintain healthy communication and guide candidates effectively.
• Coordinate with the placement team and support hiring activities (after training period).
• Prepare daily/weekly work reports and share with management.

Eligibility

• Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email writing).
• Ability to multitask and work with discipline.
