Calling Associate - International Voice Process

As a Calling Associate in the US Healthcare Data team, you will be responsible for providing Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US-based company specializing in healthcare commercial intelligence. Your main duties will include communicating with healthcare providers through outbound phone calls to verify executive contacts and titles, updating C-Level executive data, ensuring correct spelling of names and designations, and entering all information accurately into databases. You should have 4-6 years of experience in calling roles, with a proven track record of maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, MBA, CFA, or any other Post-Graduate Degree is preferred. Key skills for this position include the ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare facilities, experience in handling International Outbound calls, active listening skills with a strong understanding of the U.S. accent, and the flexibility to work effectively in both team and individual settings. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the willingness to work in US Shift are also important attributes for success in this role.
