Role Overview We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to own and drive GTM across India and GCC. You’ll define our brand, scale demand generation, and own full-funnel marketing across inbound, outbound, events, and partnerships. What You’ll Do Build and lead Caller.digital’s marketing function from scratch Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling for all channels Launch and scale content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership Drive lead generation via performance marketing, email, and LinkedIn Lead website, landing pages, and product marketing assets Work with sales to refine ICP and support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Plan and execute events, webinars, and PR campaigns Collaborate with product and design teams for GTM of new features Track marketing performance and optimize for CAC/LTV What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably AI, CX, or voice tech Proven ability to build and scale marketing in a startup or growth-stage company Strong storytelling, brand-building, and GTM execution skills Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc. Hustler mindset with a balance of strategy and execution Nice to Have Experience marketing to enterprise CX, BFSI, or D2C clients Exposure to Middle East markets (GCC) Prior work with a category-creating startup or AI/infra-tech company Why Join Us?
