Asia Pet Clinic is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to join our team. We are hiring for the following roles:

1. Telecaller

• Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide information about clinic services and products.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the daily calendar.
• Address basic client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Friendly and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain accurate call records.

2. Data Entry Executive (Female)

• Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and maintain client and patient data in the clinic’s system.
• Organize and update records for billing, inventory, and appointments.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Requirements:
• Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office.
• Typing accuracy and speed.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
