Your role will involve making outbound calls to students/parents, sharing information about educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to/from potential students and parents. Provide accurate information about courses and admission procedures. Maintain a database of leads and follow up as required. No sales targets – focus on guidance and support. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
