Job Description

  • Answering Customer Calls:Handling both inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, orders, and issues.
  • Providing Information:Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolving Issues:Troubleshooting customer problems, addressing complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing Orders:Assisting customers with placing orders, managing returns, and handling related transactions.
  • Maintaining Records:Documenting customer interactions, updating information in CRM systems, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Meeting Performance Targets:Achieving goals related to call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Following Company Procedures:Adhering to established guidelines for call handling, data security, and customer service protocols.
  • Identifying Opportunities:Recognizing potential sales leads, upsell opportunities, and areas for service improvement.
  • Age limit:20 to 30.
