Call Center Executive

Job Description: As an Associate in the call center, your primary responsibility will be to promptly respond to calls and resolve queries as needed. You will develop objectives for the day-to-day activities of the call center, ensuring effective performance annually or as required. Your duties will include answering all incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or employee, addressing customers" queries, and providing information on procedures, packages, specialties, consultant timings, etc. It is essential to maintain all standard protocols set by the organization, respect and uphold the privacy and dignity of patients, and ensure client confidentiality at all times. Additionally, you will drive online appointments, promote marketing campaigns as directed, and strictly adhere to the zero tolerance policy established by the management.
