As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. You will need to clearly explain the products and services to potential and existing clients while maintaining a proactive and can-do attitude without making excuses. Building and maintaining positive client relationships to support business growth will also be a key part of your role.
