Love & Cheesecake is a renowned premium dessert brand with a passion for crafting artisanal cakes, pastries, and baked delights. We are expanding our operations in Pune and looking for skilled and passionate pastry chefs to join our central kitchen team.

Position Overview:

We are hiring Pastry Chefs at various levels (Fresher to Mid-level) for our Central Kitchen in Pune. The role involves preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods following standard recipes and techniques.
• Assist in the production and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area.
• Ensure quality control and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per company SOP.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet production timelines.
• Maintain stock levels and inform kitchen in-charge of inventory needs.

Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in pastry or bakery production (hotel, bakery, or culinary school background preferred).
• Passionate about baking and dessert making.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency in product quality.
