Job Title: Cake Decorator (Fondant Specialist) Location: Kondapur Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Cake Decorator with expertise in fondant work to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, sculpting, and decorating cakes with a strong focus on fondant techniques, ensuring high-quality, visually stunning, and delicious creations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and decorate cakes using fondant, gum paste, and other edible materials. Sculpt, mold, and handcraft intricate decorations and cake toppers. Collaborate with clients and team members to create custom cake designs based on themes, events, and preferences. Ensure all cakes are completed on time and meet both aesthetic and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in cake decorating. Requirements: Proven experience as a cake decorator with a portfolio of fondant cakes. Strong artistic and sculpting skills with attention to detail. Proficient in handling fondant, gum paste, and related materials. Knowledge of flavor pairings, cake textures, and edible construction techniques. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Degree or certification in pastry arts, baking, or related field is a plus (not mandatory with sufficient experience).
